Commercial Description:
A full-flavored amber ale made with roasted caramel malt. Richly colored and medium-bodied, Alleycat is an assertive blend of malts with a sprightly cascade of hops.

Poured murky amber, minimal head. Had a bit of a sour flavor. Hops are piney and plentiful. This one didn’t work for me, almost a window cleaner like flavor.

Nutty, mildly sweet, acidic hop finish. Pretty good, not much else to say.

Average amber. Nothing special here. Typical run of the mill brew. It’s like the sell out brew that they sell to pay the bill i.e Fat tire. Great tap handle though

Bit hoppy. Almost IPA-ish. I’ve always enjoyed the subtle Amber that Bell’s puts out. This one is ok; its taste reminds me of what you get at a decent brew pub that is striving for chain status.

Really disapointed in this. Had it 2 years ago and didnt care for it. Tried it again last night from a bottle. Colr is fine, not much aroma or head. Tasted kinda too nutty. And the taste disapeared very quickly. Can not recommend.

Orange hued amber color with a rather resilient, orangey tan head. Tropical and herbal hop notes in the nose that is very pleasant as it blends with the caramel malts. Flavor is also very pleasant. A nice caramel malt sweetness forms the foundation for the tropical and herbal hop qualities with a zippy bitterness to balance.

Bottle: Almost cloudy amber color with a nice off-white head. Sweet caramel and spice aroma with a well-balanced taste. I could sense a hop presence. Nothing major sticks out, but overall a pleasant amber. It leaves a mild not too sweet of an aftertaste.

Bottle via trade with AlohaC. Decent aroma and basic look, thin head with red color. The flavor is very hoppy but not as balanced as I would like it to be. Decent brew.
