Commercial Description:
A full-flavored amber ale made with roasted caramel malt. Richly colored and medium-bodied, Alleycat is an assertive blend of malts with a sprightly cascade of hops.

Bottle. Pours a medium amber with a half finger beige head with decent lacing. The nose is caramel malt and light hops. Taste is caramel and earthy hops. Medium prickly mouth feel. A bit boring, but nothing wrong with it.

Moderate intensity malty aroma. Dark amber body with a small & diminishing head. Caramel nose, panning out to a bland malt palate. Clean finish. This isn’t very full bodies, but is easy drinking. There is nothing particularly wrong with this beer, although the caramel taste can be overbearing.

12 oz bottle purchased at Frugal MacDoogal’s in Nashville. Poured a clear amber color with a one finger off white head. The aroma was sweet malt and caramel. The flavor was sweet malt with a hint of citrus, and a bitter finish. The palate was average, with good carbonation, a seemingly light body and a crisp mouthfeel.

Pours an off white head and an amber color. Smells of hops and light caramel malty sweetness. Flavor is pineapple hops with some malty sweetness on the finish. Some bitterness. I enjoy the hop character of this beer.

Amber body, rather light in body but is smooth with a hint of grapefruit taste. Great beer if you want to have two or three

Thick looking pour of dark ruddy red-orange with a finger of creamy off white head. Big caramel malt sweetness in the aroma. Taste is nice caramel malt base with a big piney floral hoppiness.
