On tap at B.J’s in Chula Vista: Smell is obvious of apricot and light grassy wheat. Flavor is simple and grainy and artificial apricot. Highly carbonated and was too much for the roof of my mouth to handle but I just had to try it out. Highlight was the aroma.

Draft @ Lost Coast. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity apricot aroma with some hints of wheat. Sweetish what malty and fruit apricot flavor wit some hints of citrus. Has a sweetish fruity apricot finish.

Draft at Library Alehouse in Santa Monica, CA. Pours a cloudy light gold/yellow with a white head. The aroma is strong with wheat and apricots. The flavor has lots of apricots, too. It has some citrus, some wheat, crisp malts, and some weizen-yeast character, too. The mouthfeel is slick and well-bubbled and medium in body.

Tap at The Yardhouse in Palm Beach. Peachy golden color with a small head. Aroma is apricots and malt. Flavor is light on the apricot and too watery. Just a bit less on the boring malts would be nice. Oh well. Still refreshing and easy to drink.

Tasted @ the Loast Coast Brewery in Eureka.
Interesting combination of abricot and wheat. Hazy golden colored. Apricot aroma and some in the flavor. Avarage fruit beer.

An average beer. It pours a golden color with some haze. It has a huge apricot aroma that is almost palpable, but that falvor dissipates when the beer is in one’s mouth. It has bread, citrus, and apricot notions, but it failed to satisfy.

Peachy colour. LIght haze. Big apricot nose makes me suspiscious of syrupy origins. Apricot extract taste is refreshing enough, the beer body is good enough background. But still, it’s a basic fruit beer 2-step, simple and ultimately uninteresting.

On tap at Franz’s Lagerhaus (Palm Harbor, FL). Pours a hazy pale yellow with a foamy white head. Tons of apricot in the aroma and flavor. Very dry finish. Refreshing with an interesting flavor but wouldn’t drink this on a regular basis.
