Jul 26, 2008 Poured deep brown with a small but dense head that left good lacing. Sweet malts and caramel on the nose with a hint of cocoa. Flavors match the aroma, though the cocoa comes through a bit stronger. Medium carbonation, slightly watery mouthfeel, and a rather bland aftertaste.

Jul 12, 2008 Bottle. Pours deep brown mahogany with a small white head that clears quickly. Nose is toffe and chocolate, taste is similar. A very nicely rounded brown ale with a nice bite of hops characteristic of american browns.

Jul 11, 2008 Bottle. Brown, of course. Roasty nutty malt. Bit of caramel, some more nuts and hint of citrus. Mouthfeel is light and bit watery in the back. I’m disapointed with palate. Aroma is quite interesting tough.
My first ’quality’ beer after coming to US :)
