12 oz. bottle. Pours a beige colored head of medium duration with fair retention, some lacing, over a clear reddish brown body......nose bready, yeasty, light coffee, molasses, cocoa.......tastes is toffee, bread, nuts, dry throughout.....mouth feel is light, carbonation low. Browns are relatively light and this fits the bill very well.

Aroma of mulch... No kidding... Maybe a little dishwater... Color is mahogany brown... Flavor is nutty and malty, kind of bland dirty finish... Not much in the way of complexity... Not the best.

Body is brown with red / copper highlights a quarter inch cap floats on top retention was ok. lacing is roapy and slippery. Fairly hoppy aroma with some chocolaty malts. Malts taste a touch sour but its making the brew very refreshing to drink. hops are mild but I’d say a little stronger the your average brown. Watermelon? Mouth feel is light and crisp. Light tasting malty brew with a nice hop presence I can drink a lot of this.

Bottle. This is an amber brown colour with no head and light carbonation. The aroma is full of lots of dark roast coffee balanced by green leafy hops, tea, brown bread. The mouthfeel is fairly watery with a slight oiliness. I taste lots of fresh hops up front, caramel in the malt, some nuttiness, tea.

Nice. Light and easy going. The mild flavours kind of collect towards the end for a bold finish. I would not say this is a full bodied beer. The bouquet is as thin as the body. Still very good beer.

Pours translucent brown with thin white head. Nose is tepid but has some sweet roasty malt, and a slight smoked aroma. Palate has that smoke aroma/flavor I mentioned, across a rather thin body, and a slight hopy character that comes up near the end. Finish is short and sweet.

On tap. Dark brown with small tan head. Roasty malt aroma continuing in the taste. Roastiness too overpowering for me.

Pours a brown color with a tan head. Aroma is of slight roasted malts, some nuts, and caramel.. Flavor starts of with the nuts, roasted malts, and brown sugar. The hops come out a little in the middle of the flavor and then it finishes sweet with some brown sugar. Overall a pretty decent nut brown.
