Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Overall my first impression was White as in belgian, which is not my style. But I got to tasting and drinking and I really liked this one it has mild wheatiness and herbeacous vibes to it. Not bad

On Tap at the Ferry Building in San Francisco. Aroma of grass, coriander and lemon peel. Pours with a hazy gold body covered by a frothy white head. Taste is malty with hay and coriander. Dry and lively carbonated mouthfeel.

(355ml bottle) thanks to Joss. Pours a thin, dissipating white head with a cloudy amber, sediment filled body. Nose of wet wheat and lemon. Flavour of grainy malt with alt notes, tart watery finish.

Bottle. Bready, light banana, perfumed and candyish notes, dusty/minerally retronasal. Hazy pale, no head Relatively light body, sparkly mouthfeel. Unbalanced and not really enjoyable.

Bomber. Pours vibrant light orange/yellow with a thin, crisp white head, specks of lace. Smells bright malty and bready with a good amount of light citrus scent as well. Tastes bready malty followed by citrus and spices, coriander mainly. Earthy and light overall. Thin body, good carbonation.

Good crisp and refeshing. Could stand a little more flavor though. Seemed to lack spice or citrus flavors. Still good though.

Bottled. Honestly, like you mixed a pils and a witbier. Not bad, a little different but defitnitely refreshing. Crystal clear (yeast stuck to the bottle bottom rather firmly) yellow colour with a foamy white head and ringed lacing. Bascially a pils aroma and taste with the witbier characteristics lurking in the background. Not typical of the type but certainly drinkable.
