Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Sampled at Alan’s HSC initiation, thanks Dogbrick: This was a weird one for me, that I probably would not try again. Pale, golden pour. Aroma is mild vinegar, corn, grainy. Flavor is a bit diluted, and unfortunately that vinegar comes through. Sort of uninteresting.

Appearance is more like an American wheat, hazy golden yellow, dense white head. Low spicey aroma, wheaty. Very nice paalte of wheat, sweet spice, with a kiss of citrus. The flavour profile is all belgian wit, despite the appearance and rather low aroma. Nice and refreshing.

on tap @ papago... crystal clear? yellow pour with a small white head which fades rather quickly to a ring. the aroma is mostly grainy and lightly sweet with notes of orange, lime zest and spice. tastes like coriander flavored kix© cereal... dry, grainy, cheap wheaty, coriander and fruit with a tart finish. medium body...meh. refreshing but certainly not inspiring.

12oz bottle from Total Wine (Tampa). Pours a clear golden with little to no head. Aroma is slightly sour with hints of apple and yeast. Flavor has notes of citrus, lemon, bread, malt, and yeast. Watery mouthfeel with slightly sweet citrus finish.

12 oz bottle. Pours a light golden color. Aroma is yeasty, with notes of citrus, spice, malts. Flavor is citrus, with wheat, and a touch of spice. Overall this is a highly drinkable beer - but not a great representation of a great witbier.

Perfect brewski for watching a hockey game in Hawaii. Kind of a "Blue Moon Lite."

Poured into Red Sox pint glass. Light gold in color, slightly cloudy, clear at the bottom. Nose is subtle. A little malty and citrusy. Taste is sweet, malty/grainy with what can only be described as a soapy taste. Easy drinking, but the soap taste is throwing things off.
