Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Golden raisin colored, transparent, w/ small head. Lemon & poutpouri aroma. Very dry flavored with some citrus, but mainly the flavor of rose water at the end. Not my favorite.

Golden color with a faint fruit aroma. Taste is watery with mild citrus tones. Seems a little light.

Pours golden to straw with a hint of haze and weak white head. The aroma is mild with candy apples, malt sweetness and a dash of lemon. The taste is much like the nose with malt sweetness mixed with candied apples and lemon. But now a nice floral hop flavor and a touch of bitterness intertwine with the other notes creating a pleasing array of flavors.

Poured a light soapy yellow haze with no head. Nose of lemon. citrus orange and mild spicy hops. Thin flavor profile. Easy session wheat. Pretty nondescript otherwise.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with no head. Aroma is very lemony with some hops in there. Flavor is weak but there is some lemon and orange in there just nothing to really leave you wanting more. Overall pretty weak and bland. Had a six pack of these in a jacuzzi and blacked out.

Sampled on draught at the Papago Brewing Company tavern in Phoenix, AZ. Pours a cloudy pale golden brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates clean. Aroma of light multi-grain wheat malt, some yeast, coriander, orange zest and a touch of citrus. Taste is light to medium bodied, light carbonated with falvors of wheat malt, coriander and a touch of yeast. Finish is semi-dry with an orange/coriander aftertaste. This would make a better summer beer than a winter beer.
