Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is light citrus, slightly sweet, some coriander, and some yeast. Flavor is the same, possibly both a bit spicier and a bit more caramel. Not an exceptional witbier, but pretty good.

12 oz bottle via Malt of the Earth club). Pours a hazy dishwater blonde with a small white head. Nose is yeasty bananna, clove, pepper, ginger, coriander. Tastes like is smells with some added caramel. IS good for what it is, but I admit i do not care for the style. Body ls light, carbonation moderate.

750ml bottle. Pours an almost clear golden color with a white head that fades instantly. No lacing noted. Aroma was light with citrus. Flavor was pretty bland; light citrus, barest trace of coriander, and a touch of wheat. Mouthfeel was thin and watery. Finish was short. If bud were to make Belgian white--something like this might be their result. Might make a good lawnmower beer.

Decided to try on a recommendation. Poured a hazy golden color with a very small head that was nonexistent after just a few moments. Nose & flavor was of spice and citrus, a bit of alcohol in the aftertaste which took me by surprise. Weirdest thing was that after just 3 beers I could really really feel the effects, I usually knock back a few more than that. A decent belgian white, not sure if I’d buy again.

What is so remarkable about this beer is the palate. Great taste and excellent aftertaste. It pours a nice golden color and is remarkably smooth with a citrusy aroma. I had this beer on tap at a saloon in Florida and left very impressed.

Poured lager-gold and barely any head with some oily, loose lacing. I don’t know if I didn’t clean my glass out well enough or what, but the aroma of this beer really threw me off. Smelled like a moldy shoe that sat in a gym locker for too long. Nevertheless, I drank it anyway. I tasted pine resin, a little citrus, and some wheat. There was a creaminess there that filled the palate. Moderate carbonation. Overall, a mediocre beer. Might’ve been better under other circumstances.

bomber - This one was an old bottle, so I was a little concerned. It poured mostly clear and golden with the yeast all stuck to the bottom of the bottle. There was a thin head and a very citrusy aroma including oranges and limes. It also tasted very much of citrus and was quite sweet with no discernible hops presence. There was lively carbonation and a light palate that made for a refreshing though slightly below average wit.

Golden and slightly hazy with a thin head. Aroma was wheaty with some lemon citrus. Flavour had some of the elements of a wit but was to lagery tasting and sugary.
