Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Cloudy orange body with a thin off-white head. Sweet fruity aroma. Sweet citrus flavor with a light spiced background.

(On tap) Hazy golden with a white head. Somewhat odd citric aroma. Light-bodied with notes of coriander and a wee whiff of citrus. It takes a little white to find the balance in this, but it ends as a quite reasonable Belgian Wit. 230307

Pours a golden color with a 2 finger head. Has nice lacing. Has hints of fruits, malts, and a small amout of hops. Very smooth refreshing brew. Finishes clean on the old tongue. Very good on draft as well.

The color was a slightly hazy golden color. The head was thin, white, and fizzy. The aroma was peachy, citrisy, and grainy. The flavor was. The flavor was lacking. It really didn’t have much character. There was a little bit of grain taste. The palate was slightly carbonated, but lacking. The finish was a little warm.

Bottle. Pours a murky light golden color with a small but frothy white head. Somewhat spicy malt aroma with coriander. Clean and fruity with a tone of malt. Citrus and coriander notes. A very nice beer after a day of lugging concrete.

This is a very good beer. nice and smooth, citrusy flavors that blend perfectly with the hops and carbonation. I want to buy this again.

Not very cloudy for an unfiltered beer. Nice amber color with a very light head. Not much in the aroma category...a little citrus. Okay palate. Very nice taste. A slight sweetness along with a small bite. Drinks VERY smooth. A nice beer.
