Jan 8, 2007 A very nice aroma with coriander, orange peel, and maybe a bit of allspice thrown in. The hop character is very balanced resulting in a not too sweet, not too hoppy white beer that goes down so light and creamy that I drank 4 in a row. My favorite white beer from America.

Dec 26, 2006 12oz bottle-pours a fizzy foamy with head and hazy yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is yeasty, light wheat, bready, apricots. Taste is yeasty, light wheat/malt, bready, apricots, herbs/spices. Nice. Good effervescence.

Nov 26, 2006 In the bottle at the HyVee Oktoberfest beer tasting in Council Bluffs. Medium yellow with some white head. Musty, peaty aroma, with floral and spicy flavor. Spiced hop end.
