Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

A very nice aroma with coriander, orange peel, and maybe a bit of allspice thrown in. The hop character is very balanced resulting in a not too sweet, not too hoppy white beer that goes down so light and creamy that I drank 4 in a row. My favorite white beer from America.

In the bottle at the HyVee Oktoberfest beer tasting in Council Bluffs. Medium yellow with some white head. Musty, peaty aroma, with floral and spicy flavor. Spiced hop end.
