Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and coriander. The flavor is sweet with light notes of wheat and coriander as well as some lemon, the finish is lightly dry. Not very exciting, but quite refreshing.

On tap. Cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Spicy fruity aroma, also get a peach scent. Nice flavor that is sweet, bitter and sour. Crisp and refreshing, light body but not light on flavor. This beer is a good example of a White, there is just nothing making me say wow.

Bottle. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Lemony and spicy aroma, with a bit of an herbal hint. Similar in the flavor, lemony citrus, spices, and a light herbal hint. Not bad.

Pours a hazy yellow with a tall white head that retains nicely. Aroma is slightly musty, and sweet honey shows as well. Orange, coriander, and that distinctive tang of wheat show on the nose as well. Tastes light and citrusy. The herbs show as well as coriander. It’s a little watery for my liking. Mouth feel is soft and not overly assertive. Meh, this is ok but wouldn’t go out of my way to try this one again.

This is an interesting brew. Aroma is fruity and spicy, with orange.lemon balanced by the coriander. Flavor is similar. Also present is the "mysterious" blend of spices, which makes an interesting contribution to the beer. Mouthfeel is light and crisp, with a dry finish.

Clear, golden, with a stark white, effervescent head. Has a lovely wheat yeast character and grainiess to it. However, the coriander is barely detectable and whatever the secret herbs are, they’re very delicate and flowery. Bitter by wheat beer standards though there is hardly a hop presence. A bit sugary. Citrus is pleasantly mild and lemony. Not really a wit bier, nor Belgian in character, but an easy-drinking, low abv, wheat beer with no disagreeable qualities besides the deceit of the label.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thin white head, over a slightly cloudy, but loaded with particulate matter, pale yellow (SRM 5) body.....nose is very light and mild, big lemon peel oils, slight coriander.....taste is dominated by lemon peel throughout, mild bitter finish.....mouth feel is light, carbonation medium. The lemon peel oils are not subtle enough.

Tap at the Ithaca Alehouse. Pours a lightly hazy yellow with a medium bubbly white head that left some lacing. Aroma of lemon, light corriander and wheat. Flavor of cereal grains, corriander, lemon and wheat.
