Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

[Bottle - Gabes Junk Food Paring] This was pared withthe Popcorn and should have been ore of a salty type food. The beer was very good and a nice flavor. A off white beer with a little head. A full flavor and a slight citrus to the body. This was a good version of a very hard to brew beer.

Gold in colour with only a bit of haze. Lots of carbonation with a spritzy mouthfeel. One dimmentional lemon cleaner aroma. Flavors of lemon rind, pepper, dill, and soap. The unique herbal flavors keep things from getting too dull, but this is kind of a weak Belgian wit- American wheat hybrid.

Ok beer for a witbier good beer to convert people away from the normal brews. Flavor does not seem to change when temp of the beet rises as you drink it down very clean and refreshing.

12oz bottle poured a nice golden color. Subtle aroma, some citrus noted present. and a bit of banana. Crisp, smooth flavor. Light bodied and easy to drink, but not much flavor.

This beer christened me on my bold voyage to the wonders of Belgian style ales. It is very easy to drink and the overt citrus overtones make it one of the most refreshing brews out there.

This had a decent head.Color cloudy straw.aroma was a bit biting and sweet smelling.Taste was quite different than a typical beer.Honey,citrus,hops,.They seem to have cheated by adding coriander, but it was pleasant.I got hungry after drinking this;it must be the SECRET HERBS they say they put in it!!Will drink again.

Looks like the description. Light aroma, I detect more banana and melon than citrus or spice. Strong herbal-lime flavour which is surprising. The coriander provides a nice counterpoint in the finish. Not my favorite version of the style but one I would sample occasionally if I had access.
