This was pared withthe Popcorn and should have been ore of a salty type food. The beer was very good and a nice flavor. A off white beer with a little head. A full flavor and a slight citrus to the body. This was a good version of a very hard to brew beer. piscator34 (1133), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

One dimmentional lemon cleaner aroma. Flavors of lemon rind, pepper, dill, and soap. The unique herbal flavors keep things from getting too dull, but this is kind of a weak Belgian wit- American wheat hybrid. Daves69 (17), Orlando, Florida, USA

Flavor does not seem to change when temp of the beet rises as you drink it down very clean and refreshing. droopy49 (97), Lancaster, California, USA

Subtle aroma, some citrus noted present. and a bit of banana. Crisp, smooth flavor. Light bodied and easy to drink, but not much flavor. warrior812many (3), USA does not count | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jun 20, 2006 This beer christened me on my bold voyage to the wonders of Belgian style ales. It is very easy to drink and the overt citrus overtones make it one of the most refreshing brews out there. IrishBoy (2719), Bakersfield, California, USA

Strong herbal-lime flavour which is surprising. The coriander provides a nice counterpoint in the finish. Not my favorite version of the style but one I would sample occasionally if I had access.
