Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Good, typical American wit. A little waterier than a great wit but still a citrusy/spicy nose and cloudy yellow appearance. Sweeter than most but it works.

A great light beer with refreshing flavors of vanilla, citrus orange, and corinder. One of a kind brew. Sweet and very drinkable. Not bitter at all. Would have liked a little more hops. hefeesc. Good w/ a little fresh squeezed lime.

Typical hefe appearance. This is a citrus lemon hefe rather than a fruity banana melon spice hefe. Good bitterness, easy to drink.

This had some very nice flavors and a great palate on it. It was basically a hefe without the banana. Hints of lemon, gumball-wheat, and lots o cloves. also has a decent amopunt of white pepper and some other spices. Very good thick palate, with a littl etoo much carbonation, but better than being thin IMO. aroma was a little lacking, it just smelled like cloves and grass.

A nice hazy amber color to it with very little head. Has a fairly decent reefer aroma to it, as in tha good stuff. Good crisp light flavor to it. I get the corriander and melon in it. Very decent brew.

It poured a cloudy, light gold with a small white, bubbly head; a head that vanished before the first sip. It was light and a bit tingly. It left an off flavor aftertaste. Is that the coriander? I didn’t detect much malt character nor a distinguishable hop contribution. Not much "Great" about this beer.
