Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

12 oz bottle. Poured a hazy yellow-orange color with bubbly white head that laced the glass. Typical coriander and orange aromas and flavors sprinkled with a hint of yeast and delicate grainy malt. Refreshing, but not my favorite wit.

A tasty interpretation of the style. Pours a lightly hazy gold, with a soft, short lived, white head. Aroma is very much of lemon/lime and coriander. The beer is quite gently was first consumed, a refreshing tartness with lemon and spices. It has a lightt to medium sweetness, thouhg not much malt or wheat flavors. Seems to be lacking in base flavors. Reminiscent of lemon/lime soda, like 7-up or sprite.

Bottle. Pours very pale, light, cloudy yellow with a thin white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is slightly fruity, citrus and bubble gum. Taste of citrus hops with some corriander. Very light and watery, not much of an aftertaste. Slightly dry finish.

12 oz bottle. 3/14/06. Pours a golden straw color with a resonable short lasting white head. Nose of thin pine a citrus, slightly pungent. Nose doesn’t come through in the flavors. Starts quite strong then kind of flat lines. Good lasting flavor and a favorable finish. Reminds me a more watered down hoegarden but to my palate much more pleasing. Very good brew from lost coaat.

12 oz bottle, purchased at Petty’s Meats in Longwood, FL for $3.99 a 6-pack!...Pours a cloudy dark pineapple with a spare, fizzy, white head. The head dissipated so quickly you could actually hear it working! Needless to say, very spare lacing...Smell some cookie malts and sweat yeast with hints of pineapple and clove...Medium bodied and sticky in texture with average carbonation...Moderately sweet and heavily acidic, the main flavor that comes across is a mild orange, fruity yeast with a malty aftertaste...To sum up, a well balanced Witbier, not overly sweet. After a long, hot summer day working out in the yard, I could easily kick back and put back 3 or 4 of these no problem. Now, if they could only do something about the obnoxious label art...

Decent attempt at the style with little finesse. Coriander is almost cloying with a touch of extract like sweetness. Lemon zest and clove also are present but subdued by the coriander. White pepper notes and good conditiong are noticeable. Clean and coriander finish.

This brew is bright burnt yellow in color. On the nose we have a musty , sweet moscato essence. It’s a medium nectar brew with flavors of, as mentioned before, moscato grapes but without the sugar, and other infused adjuncts. The finish is dry and hoppy.

A nice golden appearance with a rather large head. The aroma is a blast of spices, lemons, coriander, orange peels. So far so good. The flavor is also filled with citrus, lemons, grapefruit, oranges, pears, you name it. There is also a slightly funky and spiced note to the beer. I must be in the minority but I love this stuff!
