Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Cloudy, straw-colored with lemon and perfumy floral aromas. Hints of clove and sweetened citrus flavors throughout. Good blend of spices and fruit gives this an overall juicy quality and makes this a tasty and refreshing beer.

Thin drinking, but more full bodied feel to it when it’s in your mouth. Very, very evident is the Cascade hops, giving it a distinct grapefruit flavor, as evident as I’ve ever found in a beer. A great summer beer.

Pours like liquid gold (appearance only) and very hazy. Sticky, thin, white head. Super citrus aroma, wheat and mild spices like every other wheat. Lemon, coriander, and other spices. Overall very subdued, mild flavor but still very refreshing. Not my preferred style, but a good representative of a wit. Not too thick and not too thin. Moderately impressed.

Bottle Yeoman’s Road Pub in Tampa. Slightly spicy, but overall faint aroma. Cloudy light yellow. Coriander and orange peel. Palate is watery and thin. Drinkable, but not much else.

Bottled. A nice summer beer. Light and refreshing - the citrus and coriander are in perfect proportion rounding out the taste.

Beautiful creamy head, bright gold body. Cloudy and sweet, with candy like aroma. Cidery body with little hop flavor.

I really enjoyed this beer. It poured a slightly cloudy yellow/gold with a nice white head. The flavors were very subtle but were of coriander and other spices. Also, a nice balance of flavors was present in this beer. Worth a try and wonderful for a warm summer night.
