Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Wheat and bready malt aroma with a slight hint of orange. Hazy golden color; medium white head. Malty flavor with a nice spcie, citrus notes come through in the finish. A pretty tasty witbier in my opinion.

Yeast nose. Mostly watery. Slight vegetable flavors. Sugar sweetness, yeast dough. Not very good looking. Some bitterness, but barely noticable.

Definitely tastes like a white, though no Belgian. However, one of the yellowest white beers i’ve ever seen. Worth a try.

Another terribly cheesy label with cheap graphics in annoyingly weak pastel colors!! Sort of a gray/yellow, slightly hazy color. Massive carbonation. Sugary nose has hints of coriander. Thick and slightly syrupy. Almost tasteless through the middle, some orange peel and coriander at the finish. Not much going on here... nowhere near the descriptions that I’ve read about this one.

Very macro-looking with suspended particles but some decent head. Light coriander aroma, and mixed citrus underpent by some sweet, corny malts. This wit is a bit too sweet and lacks any real complexity in the flavor and mainly comes off as perfumey. I’d like to know what the herbs they used were-maybe they should use more of them. Thin palate. A night after revisiting Hoegaarden, this seemed really weak.

Pale yellow with foamy white head. Aroma is subtle. Herbs. Coriander. Faint citrus. Mouthfeel is thin. Flavor is dull and boring. May as well be a Bud.

Good american wit. Wheaty, yeasty aroma, well spiced and herbal in flavour. Refresing and mildly acidic finish. Great label.
