Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Crisp and refreshing light golden color with not much head. Citrus aroma with floral notes. Unfiltered wheat taste that is very refreshing any time. Perfect carbonation.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a half finger white head. The nose is sweet wheat and light lemon zest. The taste is wheat, sweet malt and faint lemon juice. Lighter prickly body. Decent wheat – refreshing brew.

Pours out flat and lifeless with very little head. Extremely poor carbonation and a taste of cardboard with light lemon and wheat notes. Terrible beer, even for an american wheat.

Draft. Not bad, but a bit of a stretch to call it a "Belgian white." This is more like an American wheat beer. Surprisingly clear golden color. Wheat and sweet malt on the aroma as well as the flavor, with some coriander and light citrus. Drinkable but a little watery on the palate.

Pale gold with big, creamy white head / Faint wheat nose / Light body, a touch watery, with low carbonation, creamy mouthfeel, and fair finish / Flavors of wheat with light lemon and coriander notes / A poor example of a wit; more of a simple wheat.

Bottle: Incredibly pale piss-weak looking beer. No head whatsoever even toug t appears so lively. Light cereals and little else on the nose. Some yeast maybe with citric notes. Lightly lemony with a small amount of light cereals. Not got much going for it this one with over carbonation which prickles too much on the tongue and watery thinness. Poor to say the least. No one seems to av thought this through. I don’t know much about te brewery but it feels as though they might ust be umping on the band wagon.

I really enjoy this one. It is a little flat, but has a lot of different layers of flavor to help it out. It has a little hint of sweetness that I like. Overall, I would call it a good party beer while you are standing out by the BBQ.
