Jan 6, 2009 Draft @ Lost Coast. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a sweetish wheat malty citrus aroma with some hints of coriander. Sweetish fruity wheaty citrus flavor. Has a sweetish fruity and wheaty citrus finish with some yeasty hints.

Dec 31, 2008 Bottle, from liquor collection. Pours clear gold with a pearly white head. Aroma is minimal, perhaps a bit of coriander and yeast. Flavor features lemon, yeast, biscuit, and coriander. It is a decent Belgian-style White, but fails to interest me personally. Flavor, aroma, and palate all are underwhelming, and far too tame.

Dec 19, 2008 [Bottle] Pours a golden color with a decent looking white head. Aroma of grain and a touch of spice. Only meager amounts of spice in the taste. Sweet grainy notes are the main theme here. Average carbonation and thin mouthfeel. Not very good.

Dec 15, 2008 From a 22 oz. bottle purchased locally. Aroma is yeasty, grainy and a little spicy. Color is a beautiful straw yellow, clear with a small white head. Flavor is grainy, with some fruit, fairly restrained with a hint of sweetness. Easy drinking and not over carbonated.
