Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Aroma is grassy, some yeast. Pours a pale golden yellow, thin head. Watery with a dry finish. Uninspiring.

Golden color, some carbonation, and pours with a thin white head. Lacing was spotty. The aroma is malt, yeast, and some light citrus fruit. Light-bodied, slightly zesty tasting, with coriander and some lemons with a soft wheat taste but also quite watery. Not bad, it’s refreshing and drinkable but not much more than that.

Pours a hazy bright golden with two finger foamy white head. The nose is yeast and a bit herbal. The flavor is similar, but a bit more refreshing. A bit sweet in the finish. Enjoyable after a early softball game in 80 degree weather.

This light yellow beer poured with a thin white head and a spicy aroma. There is a thin wheat flavor with a slightly sour finish and some spiciness.

I drink it because the brewmistress is that. Unfortunately I wish I could respect this beer outside of identity politics.

Pours a fizzy blondish color. Smells of oranges. Taste is badly orange and sour hops. I’m not liking this beer much. I’d pass on this next time.

Golden clear color...aromas of citrus, some corriander and baking spice, flavors the same but the citrus is more dominant, finish is distasteful and unpleasant... unfortunately I could not finish the bottle.
