Commercial Description:
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Cloudy orange with thin head. Citrus hop aroma with flavors of tangerine, lemon,& grapefruit. The orange/citrus flavors are strong, but not overpowering - kind of like an "infused" (bordering on artificial) flavor. That said, it’s quite drinkable...

Draft @ Lost Coast. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a sweetish wheat malty citrus aroma with some hints of coriander. Sweetish fruity wheaty citrus flavor. Has a sweetish fruity and wheaty citrus finish with some yeasty hints.

Bottle, from liquor collection. Pours clear gold with a pearly white head. Aroma is minimal, perhaps a bit of coriander and yeast. Flavor features lemon, yeast, biscuit, and coriander. It is a decent Belgian-style White, but fails to interest me personally. Flavor, aroma, and palate all are underwhelming, and far too tame.

Pours to a golden yellow body, with a light body and not much flavor to it. Nothing outstanding about this. Only your average beer.

[Bottle] Pours a golden color with a decent looking white head. Aroma of grain and a touch of spice. Only meager amounts of spice in the taste. Sweet grainy notes are the main theme here. Average carbonation and thin mouthfeel. Not very good.
