The mild, lightly sweet wheat flavor, modest lemon citrus, and gentle bitterness make for a pretty generic American style wheat beer. Light wheat aroma isn’t bad, but not enticing either. Light body, kind of watery in the finish. The beer’s color is banana-apricot, and fully cloudy. Whitish head is fairly small when poured, settling to a thin but complete layer, and leaving patches of lace on the glass. For the masses. pivo (2537), Germany
