| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jul 26, 2007 Pours a hazy deep amber with a medium off white head that laces nicely until it fades.
Floral and resin aroma. Flavour is crisp on the tip of the tongue, then a bitter vegetable flavour that is not unappealing. Some malty sweetness tries to keep balance with a bitterness that is not the typical west coast over the top hop bitterness but more subtle lingering creeping bitter. Very interesting brew. joohefner (380), Isla Vista, California, USA

Poured amber with a frothy tan head that held with strength. Nose is piney hops. Very crisp taste with notes of resinated pine needles, some citrus, and mild caramel. Decent lace and hop bitterness. Well balanced body and carbonation. Good. GeneralGao (3073), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 19, 2007 22 oz bottle. Poured a clear copper color. Head was thick and off white with good retention and lacing. Aroma was of toffee and citrusy hops. Slightly sweet with a hint of lingering brown sugar, lemon peel, and subdued caramel. Toasted bread rounds out the flavor. There was only mild to moderate hop bitterness. Decent beer, but 96th percentile overall? I don’t think so. NJJereme (272), Saint Petersburg, Florida, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 15, 2007 Indica is much better than an average ipa. Well hopped and bitter aroma, hops are the dominant character of this beer. Flavor has more hops, light citrus, it does have a light hop burn, and a malt body with some sugar to it. Well balanced. hellbilly (1566), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA
