A murky, burnt orange color with little head and heavy amounts of floating particles. Sweet, hoppy aroma with some citrus. Full bodied with a dry texture and nice amount of carbonation. Flavor is sweeter than expected but still posesses a dry, bitter finish. Very good. spector (906), Lancaster, Ohio, USA

Dark golden brown body with a medium head. Medium palate. Really great balance here with delicious malts balanced by nice pine and floral hop tastes. redlight (1487), Winter Park, Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 10, 2007 Citrus hop aroma with some honey maltiness. Pours a dark orange color with a thick white head. Very smooth hopiness, not as hoppy as i remember? Heavy on the malts, with some distant grapefruit hops in there, somewhere. Not over the top, not much hoppier than a pale ale, but still very drinkable. Gregis (1132), Shawnee, Kansas, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 8, 2007 Bottle. Pours a murky amber/orange with a small, creamy and lasting off-white head. This one’s heavily filled with large suspended particles. Aroma is of citrus/grapefruit, caramel and honey. It’s medium-bodied with a bitter finish. Flavor follows suit with the aroma and finishes quite bitter, but I found the bite diminished as I proceeded toward the bottom of the glass. My rating may be tainted by the fact that I recently tried 2 other IPAs that I preferred to this one, but I enjoyed this beer, nevertheless. 757HopHead (12), Reno, Nevada, USA

Not as hoppy as I like, but well balanced. Might try it again. hopson (595), Williamsville, New York, USA
