12oz bottle, pours a reddish copper with a slightly tan head. Hops galore with flavors of pine and citrus. The beer has a bit of a funny finish, it’s crisp, but with a malty and sweet aftertaste. Definitely interesting. Very good, but probably too big for a session beer.

Has a slightly toasted caramel malt smell with pine and other multi ester aromas from the hops. Pours a hazy apricot color with a copper hue and an off white head, biege, that includes some decent lacing, has some carb action that is difficult to see, and there was noticable sediment in the bottle and suspended in the glass. Has a slightly toasted caramel malt taste, a hint of butter, with lots of fruit flavor including pink grapefruit and pine needles from the hops. Medium bodied, slightly buttery and a dry resinous feel, lively soft almost flat carbonation, and a smooth finish. Well balanced session IPA that is great for hopheads and those who are expanding their palate.

Aroma is mainly pine and grass, with some hints of resin. Flavor is very hoppy with floral notes and some pine and citrus. Malt has a subtle but definite presence. Moderate bitter finish. Overall, this is a great session IPA...very drinkable.

Wow, really? I cannot believe this is as highly rated... this is the first time I’ve seen this beer in the store where I bought it, so it must have either sat for ages in the distributor, or just the world has gone mad. Pours a brownish orange with a creamy offwhite head. Skunked to soapy hops, considerable malt, some a bit dark. Not great. Creamy full body. Malty with socky to soapy past-prime hops. A little fruity and acidic with some dark malt lingering. I’m not terribly impressed, I have to assume this beer was ill-treated.

Poured clear copper with an almost two-finger tall off-white head that produced decent lacing. The aroma was sweet sugary malts, light citrus, pine and floral hops. The flavor was mostly pine and floral hops. Borderline soapy at times. Some sweet malts and some citrus. The mouthfeel was fine for what it is.

Bottle shared by the beer nomad known as ajm. Pours a rich copper color with a trim off-white head. Brimming with the aroma of floral hops and citrus. has a caramel chewiness up front and finishes with a hint of dreamscicle. Very nice.

Strong resiny hop aroma with overtone of sweet candy. Ample hop bitterness. Perhaps some oranegy citrus in aroma. Sweet almost cloying malt sits on back of tongue. Long bitter finish. This is BIG for a standard IPA. Great!
