Pours a hazy tangerine with big white head. Nice hoppy citrus and pine aroma. Quite tart grapefruit flavor with other dry citrus, & earthy hops present. Very good beer, a little on the bitter/tangy side as far as balance. Well worth another go...

Aug 24, 2008 Pours a very hazy brown color with a nice fluffy off-white head. Aroma is really faint, rather fresh, with some caramel malt and maybe a grainy scent. Sweet caramel malty flavor with some bitter fruity hops following. Not necessarily an in your face aggressive hoppy kind of IPA but nicely balanced and well-rounded.

Aug 22, 2008 cloudy orange under a large white head. bready malt and hop aroma. citrus hop(orange), and lots of malt in flavor. perfectly balanced. hint of fresh pine. a real good one indeed.

Aug 22, 2008 On tap at Brother Tuckers. Nice cloudy orange pour with a good sized whitish head. Aroma of citrus, malt and some bread too. Flavor is remarkably balanced and delicious. This is a helluva an IPA!

Aug 21, 2008 [1596-20080816] 12floz bottle. Mild grainy hops aroma. Hazy, light brown orange body with a quick creamy head. Sweet hops and bitter graininess in the flavour with a bit of orange peel. Medium body. Good.

Aug 20, 2008 Bottle. Pours orange with a yellow head. Sweet hoppy aroma with caramel, orange, and candy sugar. Flavor is a bit more bitter than the aroma with more floral and grassy hops. Nice.
