Commercial Description:
This highly hopped California style Pale Ale showcases the brewer's art of balancing malt and hop characteristics. A generous addition of Munich malts balances the bittering from Chinook hops, and Cascade hops round out the flavor profile.

Bomber. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. Nose is Malt mainly with some hop. Palate is light citrus hops upfront with a sweet background, finishing with a light lingering pine. Medium mouth feel with decent lacing.

Bomber. Pours a hazy straw color with a small white head. Honey and citrus aroma. Medium body but lots of citrus--orange and lemon--and slightly grassy hop flavor; a short floral finish. A refreshing pale ale.

22 oz bomber bottle-pours a light orange hue with nice white head with good lacing. Citrus hop aroma-grapefruit, oranges and tangy notes. Flavors are pretty tame, but they are not bad. Short finish. pretty average pale other than the appearance.

22 oz. bottle. Pours a light golden with a small, white head. Aroma of honey, herbal tea, and citrus hops. Body was nice, but a bit thin. Mouthfeel of toast with a slight hop bitterness at the end. Decent beer, but would like more hops in the profile.

Pours a light golden from bomber. Aroma of some hops, caramel, malts. Flavour is full bodied, smooth beer. Pines, malts and hops seem very well balanced against one another. Would love to try it on tap. Lovely session beer.

10-7-07 (bottle shared from lb4lb courtesy of fordest). Clean crisp hop aroma with no overpowering soap smell. Floral hops that remind me of springtime. Amber color with foamy head. Nice clean, slightly watery taste. Metallic in the finish - the main and biggest downside of this beer. However, I love the brewery and would give it another shot in a heartbeat.
