Aroma of honey, herbal tea, and citrus hops. Body was nice, but a bit thin. Mouthfeel of toast with a slight hop bitterness at the end. Decent beer, but would like more hops in the profile. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 5, 2007 10-7-07 (bottle shared from lb4lb courtesy of fordest). Clean crisp hop aroma with no overpowering soap smell. Floral hops that remind me of springtime. Amber color with foamy head. Nice clean, slightly watery taste. Metallic in the finish - the main and biggest downside of this beer. However, I love the brewery and would give it another shot in a heartbeat.
