Commercial Description:
This highly hopped California style Pale Ale showcases the brewer's art of balancing malt and hop characteristics. A generous addition of Munich malts balances the bittering from Chinook hops, and Cascade hops round out the flavor profile.

Sampled in Eureka. Not their best brew but not bad. A little weak in flavor and needs some extra hops. Goes down very smooth and has a light pale appearance. Try others before this one.

Body is a peach gold, with a dissapatin white head. Aroma is light citrus, some pine, noticable hops. Taste has a nice upfront hop presense that moves over nicely along with citrus and apricots. Mouthfeel is a little fizzy.

Bomber from Country Club Liquors; Nose of yeast, citrus hops, and some grain; light amber with a small off-white head; Flavor of hop bitterness, citrus, and light caramel. Decent but not spectacular!

Golden color. Smell of hops, malt, honey, minor citrus, earth and bread. Taste of hops, malt, honey cotton candy, citrus and a touch of pine. Lite bitterness at the end.

Bottle from BevMo in Pasaena. Pours a clear amber with orange highlites and supports an off-white rocky head. Mild citrus aroma with some fresh cut grass. Malt sweetness was just a tad too dominant but hops dart around with some pine and grapefruit notes. Mouthfeel is thin but the finish is snappy and slightly bitter.

22 oz Bottle. Had a pale malt aroma at first. Noticed some pine tree aroma in the middle of second glass. Darker golden body with white head some lacing. Flacor had a medium citrus flavor and mild bitterness. Dry citrus aftertaste, decent brew after being out in 90 degree weather for a couple of hours, refreshing.

Draft t the brew pub. Clear, pale copper color with a nice sized ivory head. Subtle fruit and malt aromas. 6/10. Malty and buttery flavors with an understated, if not absent, hop presence.
