Commercial Description:
This highly hopped California style Pale Ale showcases the brewer's art of balancing malt and hop characteristics. A generous addition of Munich malts balances the bittering from Chinook hops, and Cascade hops round out the flavor profile.

A solid california IPA: hoppy, bitter, yet mellow and sweet after tastes. Very complex but very drinkable. I recommend this on tap or in the bottle. Could this benefit from aging? Probably. I wish all beers had born-on dates. In wine terms, this could certainly open up after a couple of months.

From a bomber. <p? Pours a slightly hazy light amber. The nose is an unpleasant sweet vegetal aroma, maybe with a bit of chlorine added for good measure, almost enough to put me off of this beer entirely. The taste is not as bad as the smell - a bit of hopsin there, not so terribly sweet and not as mch of the compost pile as in the aroma. But I just can’t hold my nose while drinking this one, and I’d have to in order to enjoy it.

Bottle. Pours a clear, golden-yellow body with a medium white frothy head. The aroma is yeasty and orangey with some bread undertones. Slightly soapy body with sharp lemon citrus. Straightforward and drinkable.

Golden yellow with a moderate white head. Lightly herbal, very muted resiny hops. Mild hoppy bitterness, pretty simplistic but quaffable. Average palate. Meh.

Average, and too malty. Pours mirky yellow with a good head. Aroma is very faint, stale malt. Flavor is very malty and drying, not much hop character at all. Tastes like a watery brown ale.

Bomber bottle. Poured hazy amber with a moderate frothy white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Light sweet citrus hoppy aroma. Light to medium body with a watery texture. Light sweet flavor with a small bitter finsh of average duration.

Pale golden ale with a thin white head. Light C-hops in aroma, and light citrussy notes, not too big. In mouth, sharp hops attacks with the citrus/grapefruit, but this is really thin in body, and the flavours dissipate quickly. Dissapointed by this. Bieropholie order.

(bottle - 22 oz) Hazy golden color and a quarter inch of lasting and foamy white head. Light aroma of citrus and some hops. Not as big as their Indica. Flavor is also very light. Small amount of hops and citrus flavors at the front. The middle is light and hoppy with a citrus and bitter finish. Medium bodied and not very bitter in the aftertaste.
