Nice color, great aroma of raspberries of course, (bottle) taste was a definitive raspberry some nut and chocolate hints after you get past the fruit. Mostly smooth.

Pours deep ruby brown, creamy head. Flavor is chocolate, nutty & raspberry. The raspberry seemed artificial, like a raspberry flavored candy. The raspberry was balanced with the malts and did not overpower. Overall I thought this was good if you’re into fruit beers, which I guess I am. Needs a little more oomph somewhere to make it great.

From a 22-oz. bottle--Poured a deep dark chestnut brown body with a fluffy whitish on-finger head. Nose of big raspberry flavoring. Gritty, chewy balanced malt spine with a somewhat thin and smooth body. Smell a lot bigger than taste of berries. Nice dessert beer.

tap @ papago...pours a dark mahogany brown with red hints and a creamy tan head. aroma is roasty malts, citrus and raspberry flavoring. reminds me of a raspberry emergenC. flavor is a bit woody with light molasses,(black and red) raspberries and some nuttiness. medium mouth feel with active carbonation. starts with a light sweetness and finishes quite dry and almost sour. aftertaste is of dry herbs/hops and sweet tarts or bottlecaps candies. strange but pleasant.

The smell of the raspberries in the aroma was making me expect a much sweeter beer. But somehow the smell was much stronger than the taste. A good nut brown but I would have liked it even more if the raspberry taste was stronger. Good beer.

Pours a dark brown with a tan head. The smell of raspberries is evident. Good beer, not overly sweet.

Bomber. Aroma is almost flowery there is so much raspberry, but there is also some chocolate. Something of a deep maghogany color with a white head that flattened rapidly. Medium body with very mild carbonation. The flavor is raspberry, powdery chocolate and nutty. The malt is pretty well obscured by all the flavors. It finishes rather dry, the chocolate is there, and the raspberry is also there. Just the thing when you’ve a raspberry/chocolate craving.
