Arom is mmmmmm nice raspberries, but not too much else. Pours brownish. Taste is tart, lots of razz, moderately hoppy. Medium bodied. Nice job for what they were working with.

On draft at Issac Newton’s. Pours deep deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma of fruit, chocolate, and nuts. The flavor is rasberry, chocolate, and caramel. Good beer.

Bottle... NTB Ernesto Festo ’06... Clear, dark ruby ale with a small, frothy, lightly tanned head. The aroma is of raspberry puree or syrup with most of the brown ale characteristics taking a back seat. The malts really assert themselves in the flavor while silencing the raspberry notes. Lots of chocolate and caramel maltiness. Good bitterness and roastiness with just a hint of acidity. Medium to full-bodied and milky with lively carbonation. Lengthy, crisp, lightly bitter finish.

Pours a nice reddish brown. Aroma is full of fruit and malts. Big raspberry flavor with hints of chocolate. To sweet and fruity for me to drink more than one. A real good beer.

Pours a dark brown/red with thin off-white head. Aroma of raspberries and a little chocolate malt. Flavors of sweet raspberries and chocolate malt with a hint of caramel. Good flavor and aroma for a fruit beer, but still to thin. Kind of weak and watery.

Very nice color to the beer. Dark with red tint around the edges of the glass. the smell was of raspberry, but it didnt totally over power the beer smell. The taste was nice but a little to bland for my taste.

1 pint 6oz bottle. Poured a dark amber with a hint of red tint. Aroma was of raspberry, chocolate and a slight hint of toasted malt. The flavor was fabulous, it had a great balance of raspberry and toasted maltiness. Definately one of my favorite flavored beers.
