Pours a fading off-white head with a slightly hazy, deep golden with some amber body. Smells of tangerine. Flavor is tangerine and malt. Finish is thin and tangerine. Tastes a little fake.

Draft at DRE. Pours hazy copper with nose of pale malt, tangerine, slight hops. Tastes hopcitric, with pale malt and a low level Sunkist orange soda flavor. Meh.

Draft at Brass Tap (Shops at Wiregrass - Wesley Chapel, FL). Pours an orange amber color with a white head. Semi-sweet ciitrus aroma. The tangerine flavor is noticeable, but not overpowering. Quite a bit of tartness with a dry finish. Not my cup of tea.

Not a hint of tangerine here, it’s ripe and juicy and powerfully aromatic. Soft yellow, short lasting head. Very sweet and plasticy. There’s some wheat there, and I love Lost Coast, so when I say this beer tastes artificial I’m not implying anything. But I can’t take a second sip.

Bottle. Pours a hazy light orange amber with a thin white head. Aroma is tangerine and other citrus and a touch of malt. Flavor is also tangerine and malt, with only a hint of bitterness. Smooth and light mouthfeel. Not bad, but not my thing really. It is different, but I think I like other wheats better.

On Tap. Pours with a clear gold, with a small white head. Aroma of spice and some artificial Tangerine syrup. Taste is sweet and full of wheat notes and fake orange. Medium bubbles. Not my thing.

On tap at Pizza Port San Clemente’s Session Ale fest 2009, I guess I’m against the grain on this one, I liked it. Nice tangerine nose and crisp wheat flavor make this a good summer beer.
