No head. ~ Choclate flavor with a bit of nut. A bit bitter. ~ Palate is very light. ~ I was hoping for a thicker richer beer, but this is easy to drink and enjoyable. Kind of watery. I do enjoy it. Just not really what I hoped for or expected. ford9719 (369), Vilseck, Germany

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 14, 2007 Bottle. Pours a very dark brown with little brown head. Aroma is chocolate and fresh roasted coffee beans. Flavor is mostly chocolate, some roastiness, some maltiness, some caramel, some light vanilla and possibly some faint nuttiness. Body is medium to light and has moderate to light carbonation. Finish fades from sweet to lightly bitter and leaves a pleasant toastiness. Not bad. Collint (458), Sylva, North Carolina, USA
