Dark brown color, small brown head. Chocolate, some roasted coffee beans in the otherwise malty nose. Chocolaty dark malty, caramelly with soft palate. Decent dunkles. Both sampled Lotters beers were quite pleasant.

Bottled@Björntasting. Very deep amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is slightly burnt wood, some mild toasted notes as well as caramel malts. Flavour is quite much the same along with rather sweet caramelly and burnt sugary notes.

Bottled. Black, beige head. Ashy nose. Coffee in butter. Medium bodied with creamy mouthfeel. Lightly piney with some chocolate. Salty finish. Flavourful and pleasant dunkel.
