Bottled. Clear, golden with a small, white head, leaving nice lacings. Fruity, lightly malty aroma with lots of apples. Almost cider-like, with maltiness and a fruity finish. Medium, sweet body. Nice, but maybe too much apples in this one. (060413)

German bottle. Golden, little head. Aroma of sweet malt. Definitely tastes of Czech hops, has ’em in spades. Not really bitter or sweet, just hoppy. Creamy mouthfeel, somehwat floral taste from the hops. No bite, but relatively crisp. Simple and drinkable.

Some maltyness in the nose, with some light hops. Light golden body with a small white head. Malty flavor, tastes quite eastern european. Boring and bland.

Bottled. Yellow appearance. No head. Quite annonymous. Not much interesting to say about this beer. Too thin.

Bottle. Clear golden colour. Stable white head. Flavour has some aromatic hoppiness, hint of green apple. A little citric, and not very bitter.

Clear golden color with a thin white ring of lace. Average aroma and flavor of butter and malt. Oily palate. This one is not too good...

The Lure:
Fragile miscellaneous fruitiness diversifying the honeyed malt sweetness. Everything is quiet and tries to blend in with whatever you’re doing.

The Festivities:
A disagreeable vegetal character bothers the finishing mild hop bitterness. Yeast offers some fruity and candy-like esters, but doesn’t get much help from the frail malt body.

Transcendence:
The boredom of a traffic jam.

(Bottle 50 cl) In this version for the German market known as "Louny Lager". Typical fully golden with a pronounced maltiness. Present but not overwhelming bitterness. A nice quality pilsener.
