Jul 7, 2003 The aroma is light sweet with notes of hops. The
color is a clear dark yellow and it has a flat fast disappearing head. The
flavor is very light and fresh with an OK bitterness - though not much of
a czech lager. The flavor dies out fast. A lager in the light end.

May 18, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) In this version for the German market known as "Louny Lager". Typical fully golden with a pronounced maltiness. Present but not overwhelming bitterness. A nice quality pilsener.

Aug 16, 2008 50 cL bottle, German version as Louny Lager Premium, 5.1%. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Sweet malty and slight herbal hoppy aroma. Smooth mouthfeel. Light acidic cornish yet dominantly sweet. Light caramel and solid sweet malty flavour lingering into the finish. Nice and smooth yet somewhat simple and vaguely metallic.

Feb 23, 2007 Bottled. Clear honeyish golden colour, with mediumsized foamy and lacing head. Aroma is very honeyish at first. And also hides some maltiness, caramel and grassy notes. Flavour is buttery and caramellish, but at the same time big mild bitterness. Finish is mainly buttery and bready. Not much in aftertaste. Easy to drink and quite smooth pilsener, which won’t offend anyone. Nice palate.
