Bottle. Light sugary roast aroma. Dark red brown, golden brown layer. On the sweet side: Dark sugar, light metallic coffeeground roast, a bit saaz bitterness. Medium body, slick mouthfeel, a bit sugar retronasal.

Clear medium red brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet dark bread, roasted, caramel, cabbage, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090109]

Read brown with a large beige head. Aroma had roasted malt, caramel and hints of chocolate. Flavour was sourish and had notes of roasted malt, caramel and chocolate. Finished sourish.
