50cl can from el corte ingles, palma mallorca. cloudy yellow, large thick white head. aroma of apricot, peaches, citrus, wheat. flavor is peaches, wheat, yeast, faint citrus. alc. totally hidden. aftertaste is sweet and fruity. nice weissbier, solid and refreshing. perhaps a little too sweet and fruity, but flavors blend well together. despite the fruity notes it comes off as dry and refreshing.

Bottle 50cl.
Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light heavy yeasty, rubbber, banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft - lively. [20090110]

Canned, purchased at the huge Merkur in Seiersberg. Poured a murky dark apricot body with a medium sized white head that went away somewhat fast. The nose is strong... cloves, bananas, lime and lactic maltiness... Somewhat acidic taste, chewed up bubblegum, chalky sweet maltiness, dry and yeasty. Maybe a little banana. Not all that bad but far from thrilling.

Opening this gives you a burst of banana and malty wheat, and it is indeed the banana that dominates the palate. Vanilla, wheat and clover flesh out the taste on this one.
