orange-golden,unfiltered color(like a sunset on a slightly foggy evening!) white head, could last a little bit longer smells yeasty, the hefeweizen-typical banana smell is there, some clove too,and hops,a bit of of citrus-fruits behind. rather carbonated banana-taste,some clove, some citrus yeasty aftertaste, banana, now, the clove is stronger than in mouth, and citrus behind. a good hefeweizen !! would be great to be in munich, sitting under some trees with good sussages (Weisswürste) or a"haxn"(porks lower legs-part,a bawarian speciality, wich a ham-ressembling taste, but more intensive)

Can, at home (030620). Fully golden, almost amber, slightly hazy with a tall white head. Aroma moderate malty, light hoppy and yeasty (coriander, fruit, citrus). Flavor moderate sweet and light acidic/bitter. A very fine hefe weissbier, recommendable.

Specific aroma and appearance for an wheat beer. Fruity, almost banana aroma. Flavor is very, very mild, too mild even. Maybe because I’ve taste before this one a Abbey Tripel. Weird flavor in taste, some banana again.
