Bottle. Pours clear gold with a fluffy white head that lasts pretty well and leaves a bit of lace. Aroma is sweet and grainy with some light malt and a hint of hops. Flavour is just about the same as the aroma: sweet and malty, plus the slightest suggestion of citrus. Thin, watery mouthfeel and a short, almost abrupt, finish. Inoffensive and easy to drink but not much to recommend here either.

Bottle. A clear golden color, with a large white head. The aroma was pretty weak, some malt and citrus. Also something sweet. The flavor contained malt, bread, fruit. Balanced and easy to drink. Not that advanced but quite good.

Crystal clear blonde coloured body with a small but frothy white head. Aroma of pale malt, cardboard, caster sugar and some old german hops-not too pleasant. Medium-bodied; Suprising caramel and fuller taste of malt and a light low a.a. hoppiness. Aftertaste just shows some light caster sugar and subtle off-flavours such as cardboard. Overall, not really an ’oktoberfest’ style beer (such as a Marzen), but I really can’t argue with the Germans

Bottle, 500ml. Pours clear golden, with none-to-little head. Grain and sweet malt aroma with faint notes of citrus. Light to medium bodied mouthfeel, with quite a fruity zest suffused with caramel and slightly bitter hops. Well balanced overall, and perfectly quaffable.

Rätt gemytlig standardöl som bryggts efter receptet "inga konstigheter". Vågar sig inte på några mer avancerade konster i gommen, men rinner ändå ned i strupen med stor förtjusning.

0.5 L bottle from Systembolaget, Charlottenberg. Low, fully diminishing, coarse offwhite head. Pale gold colored body with good clarity. Sweet malty, harsh alcohol-ish aroma. Nothing more actually. Medium malt body, on the sweet side, with a discreet hop bitterness, some fruity tones, and touch of alcohol. Oily mouthfeel. Mid-bodied. Dull, sweetish malty ending. Disappointing. Lacks the freshness and the bready maltiness. More like boozy Dortmunder Export than a Festbier.

It poured a clear pale yellow liquid without a foam. Looked very boring. IT had a weak smell of yeast and bread. It had some acidic stingy bitterness. Not very nice or easy to drink.

(Bottle) Pours clear golden with a white head. The aroma is of grainy and bready malt with notes of herbal hops. Undertones of lemony citrus and honey alongside a whisper of wet cardboard oxidation. The flavour is light to medium sweet and light to medium noble bitter with a bready malt foundation. Grassy and light herbal hops. The mouthfeel is light chewy and sticky with a medium carbonation. Tiny acidic. Grainy and dry honey-like malt linger together with a light earthy bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium bodied with very enjoyable malt profile. Not perfect but surprisingly drinkable.
