Composta de uma espuma de aparência inicial pequena, cor branca e curta longevidade, apresenta moderada formação de colarinho. Seu corpo é ralo e claro, de tonalidade amarela. O aroma, por outro lado, é agradável, com notas de melado, bala toffee e xarope de borbo, além de nariz etílico. O sabor, mediano, começa e termina doce (sempre lembrando melado), sendo ainda moderadamente amargo no final, este de média duração. O paladar é composto de um corpo médio, de textura oleosa, carbonatação borbulhante e final metálico.
