Aroma is at first skunked out but after it gets to breath some dry malts appear. Flavor is sweetish malts with some cardboard and a low hop biterness. From a 12-oz bottle pours a clear golden pale brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma of golden grain malt, corn, and grassy hops. Taste is light bodied, some carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt, corn and grassy hops and something of dry rice. The aroma is skunky at first, then supersweet thin malt with some fruity tones. The flavor is mild citrus and grainy sweetness., herbal hoppiness. The finish is somewhat crisp with a lingering graininess. Not great, but admittedly better than I was expecting.
