Pours a deent foamy head that quickly diminishes to a white lacing. Colour is translucent gold. Flavour is very mild, slightly malty, bready. Very smooth drinking as well. Thin going down, but not really "watery". Nothing particularly remarkable about this beer, but I definitely enjoyed it. wunderbier (1267), Tampere, Finland

The soft nose is gruffly grainy and sweet of pineapple syrup with a light dose of black pepper. Juicily bready malts come before raspy grains, a bubbly soda finish and a lingering nickel dryness. Slick feel, thickish, crisply carbonated.
A bit rough, but not unbearable so; little else remarkable.
50 cl can, best before April 2009.
Perfectly clear, pale yellow coloured body supports a practically nonexistent sudsy white head. The aroma is of moderate strength overall, focusing mainly on grains, husks, white bread and lemon zest. There’s an almost imperceptible papery smell underneath that brings an unclean feeling to the aroma. Still, it does have detectable hops and malt, so that’s a decent start. The initial flavour is lightly to moderately sweet, mostly bready and grainy. Finishes with a strong lemon zest and grass flavours, which come across slightly artificial like a cleaning product or what have you. Medium to light bodied, watery for the most part but a bit too clingy at times, heavily carbonated and rather astringent. It has some good qualities, no doubt, but the bad elements arrange to be blindingly obvious and become stronger as the beers warms only a few degrees. Very harsh and artificial if it’s not straight from the refrigerator. 50cl can, Leffe goblet, bbe 08/08.
