9/18/07 From the bottle. Aroma is a slightly sweet pils malt with some DMS, but not objectionable. Appearance is very clear light yellow with a low white head. Flavor is simple and clean with some cornlike character, although corn is almost certainly not an ingredient. Mouthfeel is watery, lightly grainy, with a very low body and medium/high carb feel. Overall, clean and fairly easy drinking; wish I could remember what the last version tasted like for comparison.

500 ml can. Not much in the aroma department. Not much of a head. The taste is pretty typical of a German beer. It’s pretty avarage but still a good beer.

(Bottle) Very malty, yeasty. Initial impression of malt is funky, unpleasant, but it does not get worse as you drink it and actually gets better. Hops are present but not very strong. A moderate metallic taste is present. Very German tasting, but not necessarily very good. Generic for its style. This style of beer can be so good, and in my opinion, this is one of the most boring examples of it.

Didnt smell the best..but the taste makes up for it. The malt is on the sweet side and has a WHITE head.

Only a 1,5 l plastic bottle unfortunately. Here I haven’t seen it in glass bottle, but still did not pay attention. So might re-rate. Yellow body with moderate white head. Not strong aroma, hoppy. Flavour quite bitter, but it somehow fades soon, as the palate get used to it. Not so good finish, bit soapy. Average lager.
