One of my favourite beer. This beer pours a nice translucent golden colour with a bubbly white head that dissipates slowly. The aroma is flavourful with a floral tinge to it . The flavour has grassy and malty tones, and more importantly, has some bite to it which is something I like in a beer. This is a beer I would definitely recommend to friends

your typical matly, and slightly hoppy german beer. Nothing special, but not awfulk either. meh, pretty standard, not much more to say.

12 oz bottle. Bought this baby in a mix and match sixer. The aroma was hoppy while the flavor was both hoppy and malty.

The aroma complements that of a freshly mowed lawn. Perfect for the eve of a long, dry day. The quickly dissipating head retreats from the coming of your muzzle. A great alternative to most other macros, I’m surprised this isn’t a more commonly tapped import.

i have always found this to be a quality macrobrew. the beer is refreshing and smoothish with an adequate palate that is carefully brewed to accent the craft. the flavors are muted (caramel malt, grass and touch of hops) but they are there. there is appropriate balance and good carbonation. the price is also appealing. almost moderate grainy aftertaste that most beer drinkers enjoy.

On draft in Baden-Baden, Germany. Nothing impressive. Clear, yellow, shallow flavor and head. light taste and quickly evaporating head.

This is my favorite beer as of right now. The smell was like that of a skunk (which can only mean a good strong taste) and the taste was wonderful and kind of bitter. For the price, this is the best beer there is. No additional flavors, just the barley malt, hops, and water. Goes well with Honey Roasted peanuts, makes the flavor sweet. Snyders Hard Sourdough pretzels really bring out the bitter side of this beer (which I love). Great beer is the Lion’s brew!!!

Bottle: Clear pilsener yellow with full white head. Aroma has hay/straw pilsener malts & hops. Full fruity mouthfeel - malty & fresh. Medium carbonation. Ok lacings. Fine hoppy taste & dry end. Pleasant lager!
