Jul 11, 2006 smell is actually quite inviting, lowish head...simple taste, a tad skunky, a tad corny, with some nice bitters, nicely balanced ...not offensive and refreshing...i can see the mass appeal. i enjoyed it at the right time.

Jun 30, 2006 Slightly strong (5.2%), malt-accented pale lager. The cookie-like or bready maltiness is in evidence. These beer is clean and easy to drink in quantity.

Jun 16, 2006 Light golden with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet malt with a bit of floral hops and skunk. Sweet malty flavor with a moderate crisp hop finish. Standard Munich lager. Extra points for the memories - this is one of the first imported beers that I used to enjoy 30 years ago.

Jun 13, 2006 Draught.Slightly dark golden color, medium white head. Has a sweet malty aroma, with hints of grass, but aroma is not particualrly strong or pleasant. Taste is medium sweetness, but low bitterness and an almost soapy lemony aftertaste. Somewhat crisp, but the flavor of the finish really ruins it for me. One of the worse beers I’ve had in a while.
