This is a great introduction to German beers. Its by far not the wort mut once you get into the German micro-brewery market it can only get better.
This doesn’t taste like it has much hops but I’ve always detected a bit of citrus in this beer... jdjuice (203), Japan
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 21, 2006 A refreshing beer, good as a session beer. Nice and light, like a pilsner without the hoppiness. A little clingy with some artificial sweetener flavors, but nothing terrible. Solid. JRHBrew (218), Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Feb 5, 2006 A clear yellow beer with a white head. I like most beers that match that description. Few that are available to me in New Brunswick catch my attention. This one is not an exception. However, definetly worth trying.
