Bottle. Sweet dark malty aroma, lots of caramel and some wheat. Murky brown pour with a beautiful rich, creamy, rocky lacing head. Smooth, watery feel with schools of yeasties swimming therein. Taste is toned-down maltiness and caramel, really very mild. Choco-wheat and yeast and a bit of acidity, too. Bit of an oily buildup before termination. Needs to grow a pair.

An unclear orange-brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and hops. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of wheat, but also notes of caramel and banana. The end is slightly citrusy, but also dry.

(Bottle 50 cl) Murky, dark amber with a huge head of good retention. Soft, smooth body with some notes of licorice. Distinct bitterness but not in any unpleasant way. 250500

Bottle. Dark chocolate and molasses aroma. Orange brown color - cloudy with small head. Slight roasted malt flavor - slight peach and banana. Tastes okay but weak - needs more flavor.

Muddy brown with a white head. Aromas are wheat, sweetened cocoa powder and light floral hops. Flavours are also chocolate and wheat, wheat and chocolate with hints of citrus - there is not a great deal going on here.

An above average Dunkelweizen. The apperance is maybe not to everybodys taste, but...It’s well rounded. Harmonic. Sweet/sour all the way through. Leaves a good feeling in the stomach.
