Jan 12, 2007 Oh this is good, burnt, yet quite easily drinkable. Full and nice mouthfeel. Same smooth mouthfeel than the regular löwenbrau. Very balanced, this is really nice.

Sep 1, 2006 (Bottle 50 cl) Clear, beautiful orangey brown with a small, off-white head. Rich aroma of fat, roasted malt. Solid body - again with a shipload of roasted malt. A light tartness and some bitterness in the finish. A lovely and very classical Doppelbock. Yummy. 160806

Sep 1, 2006 Bottle. Reddish clear brown colour with a little head. Nice aroma of sweet malt, roasteness, nearly like rye-bread. Very sweet and tasty flavour of malt, little roastedness and very alcoholic finish.

Aug 16, 2006 Nice dark brown color with a small head on top. Malt and toffee nose. Nice malt and caramel taste which lasts medium long. Smokey aftertaste.
