Clear yellow color, decent white head. Grassy-straw nose with slightly metallic notes. Palate is quite watery. Mostly apple fruity maltyness with grassy hopping. Quick finish. Maybe ice cold at summer, but otherwise useless.

Mar 11, 2009 Bottled (from beerangel.de). Golden colour, mediumsized fluffy/foamy head. Aroma is malts, saltwater, quite doughy and also some slight floral hops and grass. Flavour is saltwatery, doughy as well as floral hops and mild buttery notes. Clean, but quite boring. Quite sticky palate, compared to many other Dortmunder/Helles ones.

Mar 7, 2009 (bottle) pours a clear pale golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of pale malt, light cookie dough and floral hops. flavour is the same, with light powdered sugar and skunk. medium body and carbonation.

Oct 30, 2008 Bottle, 5.4% at LCRBM08. Malty aroma, hint of honey. Clear yellow colour, no head. Good malty flavour, hint of citrus in the finish. Slightly sweet. Good mouthfeel.

Oct 29, 2008 Bottle @ LCRBM 2008. Aroma has grass and malts. Clear, golden coloured brew with a white head. Taste is sweet, grainy, slightly bitter. bit sticky but an empty palate. Weird those notes.
